If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To return an item, please contact us at [email protected], quoting your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.

Only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot refund products that are unsealed.

We will also not accept returns of parcels for which there is nothing to identify the sender (surname, first name, address, order number).

We advise you to keep your tracking number.

Once your parcel has been received, give our team a few days to process it. You will receive an email to let you know when the refund has been approved and processed.

You will be reimbursed via the payment method used for your purchase within ten days. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
