What do I do if I've forgotten my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot password" when you log in to your account, then enter your email address. A reset link will then be emailed to you. Once you have received the email, click on it to change your password.

I can't connect because my email address isn't recognised.

We have launched our brand new site, and some data needs to be reactivated. Your customer account and all your data (address, loyalty points, etc.) have not been deleted. You need to reactivate them by creating a new account with the same email addre
